Adhesion Promoter – OEM Approved and Used (SXPP24)
Adhesion Promoter (SXPP/SXPP24/XPPP) is a uniquely formulated blend of proprietary resins that create a chemical bond on ‘difficult to bond to’ plastics allowing adhesion of repair fillers and coatings to these substrates. Adhesion Promoter prepares properly cleaned and/or repaired parts for the application of adhesives, fillers and topcoats. Adhesion Promoter is also used as an excellent “sealer” for all Flexible and Semi-Rigid plastics including TPO and TPE.

Citrus Base Panel Prep (SPD)
SPD Citrus Based Panel Prep is a specialized blend of next generation citrus cleaners designed to remove all solvent based and water based contaminants from interior and exterior plastic parts. Citrus Based Panel Prep prepares parts and aids in the adhesion process before the adhesive fillers and topcoats are applied. Citrus Based Panel Prep is also designed to be used as a next generation wax and grease remover utilizing its Citrus Based technology in removing all solvent based and water based surface contaminates prior to painting.

Flexible, Epoxy Adhesive Filler (OEM Approved) (XPST)
XPST Flexible Epoxy is a two-component flexible modified epoxy designed for the repair of flexible plastics. XPST is formulated to work on all flexible plastics including the more common (TPUR, PUR, RIM). XPST is also compatible with the traditional “tough to bond” plastics (PP, TPO, TPE). This product is designed as an adhesive and as a filler to be used on the front and backsides of a repair. XPST can also be used over our Urethane Repair material (XSMAF). XPST is an outstanding flexible filler that is commonly used as a glaze coat over all types of plastics due to its easy sanding and featheredging characteristics.

Plastic Adhesive Weld Kit (XPSA)
Sure Seal Adhesive Weld Kits are extended high performance grade cyanoacrylate adhesives. They are designed to provide maximum bonding strengths of various plastics, elastomers and metals together or in combinations of these materials providing high temperature ranges, impact strengths, solvent resistance and excellent overall performance on automotive substrates. Will not crack or craze and is capable of penetrating between parts. Meets US MIL A Spec. 46050C Type 2 Class 1. Available in many sizes including a GEL (XPSGF) that can be used to fill small gaps and gouges.

Rigid Epoxy Adhesive Filler (XRF)
XRF Rigid Epoxy is a two-component modified rigid epoxy designed for the repair of rigid composite plastics and fiberglass. XRF is formulated to work on all rigid composite plastics including (SMC, BMC & RTM). XRF is ideal for use on fiberglass parts where extra strength is required. This product is designed as an adhesive and filler on the front and backsides of repairs. XRF can also be used over our Urethane Repair material (XSMAR).

Semi-Rigid Epoxy Adhesive Filler (XPSAP)
XPSAP Semi-Rigid Epoxy is a two-component semi rigid modified epoxy designed as an “ALL PURPOSE” plastic repair material. XPSAP’s unique formulation allows you to use this product on the full spectrum of automotive plastics. When in doubt on which type of plastic (flexible, semi-rigid, or rigid) you are repairing use XPSAP. XPSAP is formulated to work on all plastics including the more common and also the traditional “tough to bond” plastics (TPUR, PUR, RIM, PP, TPO, TPE). This product is designed as an adhesive and filler to be used on the front and backsides of a repair.
